Single Arm Shoulder Press

Exercise Description:

There are many exercises that target the triceps and skull crushers are a fantastic exercises for them. This is an isolated movement of the triceps, perfect to target this group. This should be added to any routine that is targeting the arms. While this exercise can be used to increase size it and can be used to increase power and strength as well if structured properly into a routine.

While there is an injury that this exercises targets, that does not mean it should not be used to help regain strength. When we state an injury we are specifically talking about an exercise that can speed up recovery, which almost always means a exercise/movement that targets the stability of a joint to perform a workout. Once you can complete these workouts with ease, no pain, and proper form, then you would start to perform this exercise.
