Exercise Description:
A stability ball pull-in with feet is a core exercise that strengthens the muscles in your abdomen, back, and hips. It is similar to a traditional stability ball pull-in, but instead of using your hands to pull the ball in, you use your feet.
To perform this exercise, start by sitting on the ground with a stability ball positioned behind you. Place your feet on the ball and engage your abdominal muscles to pull the ball in toward your body. As you do this, your back should remain as straight as possible; very little rounding only to accommodate the hip tilt for pulling in the ball. This exercise can be made more challenging by pulling the ball to the side of the body.

The stability ball pull-in with feet is a great exercise for improving core strength and stability, which can help to improve your overall athletic performance and reduce your risk of injury. It can also help to improve your posture and balance, and it can be a challenging and effective way to work your abs and other core muscles.
In addition to its physical benefits, this exercise can also help to improve your mental focus and concentration, as it requires you to engage and coordinate multiple muscle groups at once.
