Exercise Description:
The V-up exercise is a core strengthening exercise that targets the muscles in the abs, hips, and lower back. To perform the V-up, lie on your back with your legs extended and your arms by your sides. Engage your core muscles and lift your upper body and legs off the ground, bringing your hands to your feet and forming a "V" shape with your body. Hold this position for a few seconds, then lower your body back to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
The V-up is a challenging exercise that can help to improve core strength and stability. It's important to use proper form and avoid straining your neck or back during the exercise to avoid injury. You can make the exercise more challenging by holding a weight in your hands or by performing the exercise on a stability ball.
