Exercise Description:
To do this, first position the object you want to pick up in front of you. Place your foot on top of the object, with your toes pointing down toward it.
Next, engage the muscles in your foot and toes to lift your foot off the ground, using your toes to grip the object and lift it up. Keep your foot and toes flexed as you lift the object, using your toes to hold onto it and control its movement.
Using your toes to pick up objects can improve the strength and control of the muscles in the feet and toes, and can also improve coordination. It's important to use proper technique and avoid straining the muscles in the foot and toes to avoid injury.
