Exercise Description:
Biceps are a weird muscle, they are one of the weakest muscles in the body and produce very little leverage. Yet they are idolized and some of the main focuses of many workouts. While they do provide a service to the body, else natural selection would have removed them, they are rarely used for extreme activities. Therefore, when training them use proper form and management, i.e. don't go heavy for egos sake.
As stated biceps produce very little leverage at the elbow joint. This means that going to heavy and/or having improper form can cause you to tear your bicep and have to have surgery to repair it. This could cause you to miss 4-6 months of training! All that just for an extra 10 Lbs! No thanks.
