Exercise Description:

Simple stretch that can be performed sitting at desk or relaxing on the couch. Simple place foot on the ground then roll your foot forward while keeping toes on the ground. Keep rolling forward until the foot is in a reverse scorpion pose, then hold for 30 seconds to a minute. Repeat as many times as you feel like.
